High-Level Project Summary
We spend a lot of time for choosing our challenge and let it include advance topics but explain, simulate GUI in a simple way so that everyone can understand how to use application. After our meetings; we decided to make a simulation which covers challenges instructions. But also we added a whole different part for people who doesn't have any information about chemistry , materials science. For that; first, we created our GUI with lectures. In lectures you can gain information about many topics including atom models, history of chemistry, quantum models, advanced material science and so on. After our lectures, we included a problem solving part including calculator to test your information.

Detailed Project Description
We used coding, algorithms and 2D-3D sketches to create our GUI application. To start with software; we used Python, a very-known programming language which is used for data science and much more, and Tkinter, a library of Python which is used to make GUI’s, to create our software. In coding session; we created PyCharm files and wrote nearly 450 lines of codes to create our platform. Thanks to these codes; our platform can get inputs from user to give a better serve.
To describe our GUI Application’s experience; it asks for User’s name and start to call user with that name. After our program gives the instructions of the platform, it asks for users opinion for what lecture he/she wants to get. We created this feature with buttons and a new window to make graphics more smooth.
After User choose it’s lecture; our platform visualize the lecture with texts, photos, videos and simulations thanks to our deep-searched data.
When User finishes the lectures and gain the informations about atoms and materials science; our simulation part begins as the challenge wanted from us.
We tried to make difference not only standing with lectures but also with simulations.
With 25 hours of code writing; we created our NASA Space App GUI Model for Materials Science; Classical and Quantum Model of Atoms, Compounds application to help not only to professionals but also to people who has interest in materials science but don’t know where to start and want to make simulations!

Hackathon Journey
My teammates and I participated in this competition to gain a new, different perspective and experience. As a team, we work to add new things to ourselves and to improve the skills we already have. Space Apps was the meeting point of our interests as well as being a competition that met our wishes. That's why we applied for the competition without thinking much. In this process, we made good use of the time. We managed to solve the crisis moments together in a very good way as a team. We solved the problems we faced by working on it together and supporting each other. Of the five of us, each of us has things that we are good at doing differently. And in this way, we create a very good sense of cooperation and responsibility in our team. We chose this challenge because this challenge combines the cooperation between us at a very good point. Putting everything aside, as students who are interested in the field of chemistry, we embarked on such a project to make it easier for people like us and to understand everything more easily. I would like to thank all my teammates for being with me in this beautiful experience and making this process even better.
