High-Level Project Summary

Our project contains how to cultivate Mars, what elements are on it, what elements we will need, how we will bring water and a solution to the problems that will face us, where water comes from melting ice and also by electrolysis, where irrigation will be by distillation using oxygen from the photosynthesis process, as well as the use of lamps to prevent ultraviolet rays from entering or cosmic radiation

Our project solve many problems to colonization of mars ,

 it work on many slides as how water come , What elements are there and what are missing? And how we plant,

It solves many problems and it have alot of Thoughts

I use many websites like nasa and some other , and i make applcation it Explains everything

The first question is Mars soil suitable for cultivation?

In March 2019, the existence of life on Mars was proven 

after obtaining types of plants emerging from under the 

red sand. Scientists within the Curiosity Rover mission 

found plants, fungi and algae. If yes, the Martian soil is 

suitable for cultivation, but not completely, as the soil 

of Mars contains magnesium and sodium. And chlorine, 

but not all the elements that plants need to grow, so 

they will need fertilizer to provide the soil with the rest 

of the necessary elements. It is located in it, where

the pH of the Martian soil is 8.3 and may contain traces

• Is the climate suitable for farming on Mars?

learn about the steps of the plan to rehabilitate the 

climate for growing plants..To protect the plant after

• Is there a source of water on Mars?

Yes, in November 2016 NASA reported finding a large 

amount of ice under the surface of Mars in the Utopia 

Planet region of Mars. The volume of the discovered water was estimated to be equal to the volume of 

water in Lake Superior and the low atmospheric 

pressure makes liquid water boil at 5 °C

• * Now we will learn how to rehabilitate the ice for 

use in growing plants.. will make plants with heaters 

to take the ice and turn it into liquid water and pass 

the melted ice to electrolysis to produce water 

suitable for irrigation and then transfer the water 

through the stations to the place to be cultivated.

• What is the solution if the four lakes under the 

surface of Mars run out?

It will not be implemented as we will not fully depend 

on those lakes and we will use water condensing 

devices by raising the temperature and rising water 

vapor with oxygen from plants. Lakes and the presence 

of potassium in the soil of Mars helps to regulate the 

movement of water and maintain it for a longer period.
