Functioning of Plastic recycler + energy generator

As shown in the diagram below is the representation of our pyrolysis reactor, which can generate fuel and electricity by burning plastic in absence of oxygen.

We will provide heat for burning the plastic by electricity (nichrome wire, which has a melting point of 1400°C).

We will generate electricity by the heat we are providing to it (by Peltier module, which contains two external ceramic plates separated by semiconductor pellets).

We will boost the Peltier module’s output voltage by pumps used in coolers. It will be boosted up to 230V.

Purpose of the project:

For plastic waste management in the city nowadays pyrolysis process is used but it consumes more energy at the state level. So we can make it at an individual level, it will be an affordable and less energy-consuming machine. So, we have made this “Plastic recycler + energy generator”. 

For people who are stranded on the road with no close shelter around them. For those, we have made a “Flood Life preventer”. Which will also include a safe place and first aid for those people.

For the disabled ones, the city will also include a “smart wheelchair” It will be available at every square. It contains GPS and ultrasonic sensors & can be operated via voice, mobile, and joystick, etc.
