High-Level Project Summary
We developed a mechanical separation device "Soft release device" which will serve to release the ship in a smooth way, it will allow the deployants to open in space without using any type of pyrotechnics, not a single blow, it will also be able to release a curl of parachute. In this way, being of mild impact, it will not require additional security protocols. The importance of this device is to reduce the harsh impact that is currently used in space to free ships, release a parachute loop, etc. This device in turn can be coupled back to the spacecraft to reduce space waste, helping recycling.

Detailed Project Description
The function of this device is to gently release the parts of a spaceship without the need to use pyrotechnics or a single hit. It works with a slight pressure on a mechanism to release the other clamped part.
It has benefits such as making a separation of two parts without strong impact, it will not generate space debris.
We hope to contribute to the good of space and of the people who risk their lives for the good of the planet and the universe. Being a device that releases smoothly, it is safer for everyone, therefore more people working for the future of humanity.
We use NASA resources, homemade materials, hand tools, household appliances, for the CAPCUT edition on the cell phone.
Space Agency Data
We use the following information to design (soft release device)
https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/constellation/ares/parachute_results.html
Thanks to this information, we were able to visualize how large we would have to make a first design of the separation mechanism.
https://spinoff.nasa.gov/Spinoff2020/ip_8.html
. With this information we were able to host several ideas on how to perform the release mechanism

. In this video we managed to specify the idea and solution to the problem
Hackathon Journey
Experience with Space Apps and Appreciation
An emotional, inspiring, dreamy experience, there are many years and people who live the dream of space. The essentials we learned perseverance, patience, resilience, to work together for our dreams. The greatest inspiration was our daughter to teach her that dreams can come true with work, perseverance, hope and good humor, our focus was to be able to contribute to NASA for a better future. We distribute specific jobs which we carry out with care, resilience helped us a lot to overcome the never-ending setbacks.
Thanks to NASA for allowing us to dream and work for our dreams, thank you millions !!!
