Crocole Log is a real-time collaboration platform that allows the integration of console log information of many users. It is a web application where team members can record information about spaceflight missions and view the live creation of logs by others on demand. Once we have logged into Crocole Log, we can see a list of logs for different space missions. After clicking into any of the missions, we will be directed to a page that is implemented with a console-like UI where users can log their data into the system.

In Crocole Log, other than input text as their logs, the flight control team members can also upload images. It provides a tagging feature, in which users can link log entries from other users to their own logs. Since Crocole Log allows multiple controllers to input their logs simultaneously in real-time, it also helps to sort the logs by time, author or the entry topic. For each entry log, there is a timestamp and the user who has logged the data into the system. These features improve efficiency in real-time missions and support long-term records. Crocole Log also ensures that the logs are only approved by the user itself to prevent overwriting or deletion of log data by other users.

It has been a tiring but exciting journey for this two-days hackathon. To solve this challenge, we made some research on the existing collaboration tools and utilised the resources provided by NASA. We have worked together in the design and development of the software and distributed the task based on our strengths and weaknesses. It was truly a great opportunity for the team members to learn from each other and to enhance our technical and problem-solving skills along the way. We have gained meaningful experience through this challenge.
