High-Level Project Summary

We developed a tool that allows the exposure of data from space debris in orbit, to improve the analysis carried out to place new objects in orbit and prevent accidents that shorten the useful life of space instruments.

Detailed Project Description

Realizamos una aplicación móvil que ubica los desechos espaciales que orbitan la Tierra, fue hecha en lenguaje DART con el SDK Flutter, con una base de datos Firebase con los repositorios de información http://www.n2yo.com/ y http://www.space-track.org/ con la que se hace una interfaz con Google Earth a través de un servicio REST.

We did a mobile app that ubicates and follows space debris wich are orbiting the Earth, have been made in DART lenguague and integrated on SDK Flutter using FIREBASE (FIREBASE is a database from google) bringin a TLE repository from http://www.n2yo.com/ and http://www.space-track.org/ . Ending with a interface that was made with a google earth API acroos REST service.

Space Agency Data

  • We used an google erth engine API, https://earthengine.google.com/
  • We used ESA(European Space Agency) data to compare the numbers on space debris from others databases.
