High-Level Project Summary
Everything around you..... made by people .. no smarter than you , ..you can change it ...You can build your own ....Once you learn that , ..never be the same again..Steve Jobs.. we wondered if we can build something one day and here we are helping students to build a balloon that will explore near space area.we will provide them with road map full of details required to do that step by step.. Each member in our team has his reason to choose this challenge, but the reason that we all agree on is that we will help students build that balloon simply because we are students like them, so we can understand their requirement.

Detailed Project Description
Students are very curious about space,They want to know more about the universe where they live,They want to know more about microorganisms living there, but this is Complicated process.
Our team have an idea to solve a problem ...
The main problem is that students can`t afford the cost of the balloon and that the project include several details , so we will provide them with an event road map with financial key note .
Includes:
- bill of materials (BOM)
{ consist of cheap – but effective- materials, tools and devices}
It is a list of requirements,with several places to buy them.
The student will be able to make his own list: by selecting any tools he already has, the rest of the list will be sent to all the markets and stores available to him in our app to tell him what they have and their prices He will add any information he reached from outside the application and all the collected information will be compared.
provide with him in the end a kit list of the lowest prices, taking into account the quality and the way to get it.
-Note.. we search and learn more about the chemistry of these materials to make sure that they will tolerate the pressure and temp of near space area and search more for any tool they need. we will provide different stores and resources to look for the cheapest price with High quality.
- Preparation&steps
{Pre-Flight Planning -Before the Launch- Launch Execution- Tracking & Recovery }
-we provide the students with information about every thing to prepare his trip (includes how do that in steps) and tocontinue his way...
Laws and Regulations
Key Characteristics Required for Predictions
Launch and Landing Site Selection
Flight Path
Before the Launch
Launch Day Material Checklist
Launch Execution Cell Phone / Tracker Preparation
Hardware Preparation Parachute Preparation
Payload and Balloon Preparation
Note.. we search and learn more about every thing to provide the easiest, simplest and cheapest way
every step in the road need preparation After preparing everything, he begins his journey and follows the work map step by step. He cannot move to a step until he finishes the previous one.
- cautions
They are just students so they must know the cautions before they launch the balloon and throughout the event...
we search to collect information about many errors and warnings from previous experiments to avoid any expected risks or malfunctions.
- Mentors
Despite providing all his needs, he may need professional person in several fields to consult on his way, so we provide him with mentors with ways to communicate with them throughout his journey.
Our message is that everyone despite their age , gender or nationality has the right to explore and learn…knowledge is for everyone .we must lighten the dark.
Space Agency Data
space agency data used..
data and resources related to Near-near space near you!challenge, refer to the Resources tab at the top of the page and More resources added before the hackathon begins.
-We read all the details about the challenge and what is required in it.
-We collected some data from the mentioned sources and filtered them and took what we needed from them.
- We watched the video in the first source and reviewed our steps and made sure of their validity.
-We watched videos inside the sources about HAB prepared and launched in many areas.
- and we learned about a previous student experience that is more related to our challenge.
All of these details helped us develop a plan work of hakathon and develop an appropriate solution to the challenge.
Hackathon Journey
Our experience was interesting and full of benefit and new to us and we learned a lot from it..
We got acquainted with new technologies and different research methods. We tried something that we had not tried before, so we gained different experiences.
I want to mention
our methodology:
· We chose near space as our challenge from among the challenges.
After research and audit, we found it compatible with our capabilities and aspirations.
· The details we dealt with are
1. work steps from planning, preparation, launch, tracking and return
2. List of Materials(BOM) Building environment effect governmental organizations and regulations Launch, Track and Return
· We find that The solution to this problem (phone app)
· Data base
We collected data , filtered the data, made comparisons to choose what we need, and finally arranged it in databases.
achieved Value Proposition;
1. newness and ability: A new program that helps the student build a balloon to perform scientific experiments without resorting to space agencies or the competent scientific authorities.
2. design : The design of the program is unique and easy so that it can be used by a student.
3. Provides: Time, money and effort .
4. :Safety :The application provides an easy and safe way to help the student build a balloon without forgetting any resources or steps that may put him at risk.
our Background & literature;
· NASA balloon team launch super pressure balloon or SPB from Wanaka Newzealand2015.
· Coming up in December 2021 NASA is planning another SPB test from Wanaka
Biological science researchers have started using small high- altitude balloons as an experimentation platform
"Everything around you that you call ((life)) was made by people that were no smarter than you , and you can change it . You can influence it. You can build your own things that people can use. Once you learn that , you will never be the same again."
Steve Jobs..
When I read that quote in a book for the first time , I wondered if I can build something one day and here we are…helping students to build a balloon that will explore near space area.
Each member in our team has his reason to choose this challenge, but the reason that we all agree on is that we will help students build that balloon simply because we are students like them, so we can understand their requirement.
