High-Level Project Summary
Our project is based on establishing a plan for building a High Altitude Balloon that can reach near space (about 20-100 km in altitude). Thoses HABs are mostly used to collect Weather datas. Our work is the most simplified possible, to allow anyone interested to build one. Therefore, it will be more accessible for the youth and more.

Detailed Project Description
This project will help balloon amateurs to learn how to make a HAB. It's designed to teach them what is a HAB, its uses. They will also learn the various materials for its design, cheap method to make them. It is also important to bring the risk linked to the launching of HAB, the different organizations we need permission from, the appropriate materials, the launching sites and more. Also, they need to know how to track the weather datas for performing their ballon flight.
HABs are important because they help use get weather data and can also be used to make near space exploration and this will prove to help Humanity in many ways. For our remote countries, building HABs will help use in all those ways and will enhance all our sectors of production. Even exploring more areas to favorise tourism will be alllowed. In odrer to make a better realisation, we explored many websites and documents.

Hackathon Journey
The 48 hours journey was a bit challenging for us. But with the advices of our mentors and the ressources provided, we happened to realise something that can help the public.
