Flutter application is developed to illustrate NASA's Earth Science division history for all the people interested in Space data around the world. The application covers Nasa's earth science divisions, missions, and collaborations. It was developed for Normal, Deaf, and Blind people. Besides, the content is provided in both languages English and Arabic. The content is designed to be easy to understand as it is illustrated with simple words with videos and attractive videos for Normal and Deaf people. On the other hand, engaging and straightforward audio records are developed for blind people. The application is practical and easy to use.
Most of the people aren’t aware of NASA’s message to our planet earth, where our challenge comes, we have to provide all the people who are interested in the topic with a digital tool that facilitates NASA Earth Science history. That’s we have done, and more! We have developed a flutter application, which make it available for Android and IOS, that works on illustrating the history of NASA Earth Science including the Overview, Earth Science Element Divisions, Missions, and NASA Collaborations. Besides, there are a lot of videos that illustrate some missions and topics in easy way. The application covers all the information that any one interested in knowing more about NASA Earth Science. But unfortunately, there are people who are Deaf and Blind as it will be hard for them to work with the application. That’s what make our application unique, besides all of our futures, we provide sections for Blind, Normal, and Deaf people. As the Blind people will be able to hear a set of records for each topic which is illustrated in a good and easy way. The application is important, as it addresses the challenge, for all people who are interested in NASA Earth Science as it facilitates understanding the History of NASA ESD, and NASA Collaborations and missions in simple way using simple words, records, and videos in both languages of English and Arabic. Achieving the most affordable number of audiences is what we work on through our project solving the challenge as we worked on translating the application in English and Arabic, also it is provided for Normal, Deaf, and Blind people
The space agency was an essential factor for doing our project. We have used NASA, JAXA, and CSS to get the information needed for making digital history about NASA’s Earth Science. We used space agency to extract Earth Science Division Elements, NASA Earth Science Missions, NASA Collaborations. All these sources have been used to narrate the history of NASA in Earth Science for blind and deaf people by collecting this information, summarizing, translating, and regularizing them in our application.
First, we have used Earth science division elements to know about:
1- Flight
2- Research and Analysis
3- Applied Sciences
4- NASA collaboration
Second, we have used missions like:
1- The TERRIERS Satellite
2- The Television Infrared Observation Satellite Program (TIROS)
3- The Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer Earth Probe Satellite (TOMS/EP)
4- Extreme Ultraviolet Explorer
5- The Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM)
6- Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS)
7- ACT-America
8- Earth Observing Satellite (ADEOS)
9- Airborne Microwave Observatory of Sub canopy and Subsurface
10- Aqua Earth-observing satellite mission
11- Atlas Program
Finally, we have used NASA’s collaboration, partnerships it used to do, and how it affects improving the development of both NASA and companies collaborated with.
Working in something that you like is one of the main reasons for being successful, that’s why we have chosen this challenge. We are a collaborative team that works on completing each other, but there’s something familiar between us: our love for space science and collecting data about it. On the other hand, some of us are talented in application development, which encouraged us to apply for this challenge more. The mean of searching and collecting data and finding a suitable way for telling all of these data to solve the problem in a wide range.
Developing our application “Earth Science Facilitator” solved our challenge by declaring NASA’s mission to the earth. Many people are unaware of the NASA earth science division and its data, so we developed the application to illustrate earth science, main divisions, missions, and NASA collaborations with other organizations. The data are provided for Deaf and blind people, as there is a section for each set of people. Ordinary and Deaf people provide small, organized, and easy paragraphs with videos with subtitles. For blind people, the content is provided in records. Through this, we were able to reach more comprehensive and seeker ranges.
We have chosen Flutter because it provides smooth and high-quality applications for both android and IOS devices, which makes it unique. Flutter develops the application as a platform with the coding language of DART on Android Studio as IDE. The application is designed with 108 pages and more than 2500 lines of code.
The main problem that we have Faced is that the amount of data we dealt with are significant, where it was hard for us to handle the files, abbreviations, videos, and coding section. Besides, we had a problem with the time as it was a short time for us to build an application with 108 pages in 3 days only! On the other hand, as I have mentioned, we have an outstanding achievement that we are a collaborative team. We have managed our time and tasks to overcome the problems until we have an exceptional achievement, which is the application before the time.

This project has been submitted for consideration during the Judging process.
Tens of thousands of NASA datasets are publicly available online, but with so many files available, how can potential users determine those that will meet their needs? Your challenge is to (1) create an ontology to integrate descriptions of disparate NASA data sets, and (2) develop an interactive network visualization to depict relationships among those data sets.
