High-Level Project Summary
We have developed a project that will provide hope for all humanity and enable people from all over the world to live in prosperity.We have an organization that we have explained in detail. This part constitutes the social, cultural and economic basis of our project.We also considered biological and environmental solutions for pollution.Within the scope of the project, we have brought solutions to many issues such as Global Warming, Natural Disasters, Inequality, Hunger, Right to Education, Environmental Pollution. This project is very important as it will ensure the salvation of the Earth and Earth's creatures, prevent racism and bring justice, equality, prosperity and happiness.

Detailed Project Description
This project unites all countries and nations of the world against common problems in the world. The establishment of the WCO may be formed by the combination of several countries taking the initiative, the WCO may have a presence in the United Nations, or it may be established by the combination of large and important foundations around the world. After the establishment of the WCO, the member countries of the WCO sign an official agreement. WCO divides countries into 3 classes according to their economic status as Developed, Developing and Undeveloped. According to these groups, the funds to be paid to WCO are determined at the beginning of each year. It is not the case that those who pay a lot get a lot of help, or those who pay less get little help. Each country that is a member of the WCO receives equal aid. This project ensures fair distribution with the situation of getting more from the rich and less from the poor. WCO is also divided into certain teams within itself. Combating Global Warming, Combating Natural Disasters (Fighting Fire, Fighting Earthquakes, Combating Floods..), Combating Environmental Pollution (Water Pollution, Soil Pollution, Air Pollution..), Fighting Hunger, Combating Educational Inequality, Refugee and Migration Problems etc. Funds for these teams are distributed according to the results of the voting by the WCO assembly. The members of this assembly include people from every country, and the president of this assembly is determined by parliamentary votes.Instead of the countries in the parliament sitting in groups, every person from every nation sits in a mixed way. As a result of the discussions and speeches in the parliament, many activities throughout the year and World Laws are being prepared to make the world a better place (such as the Human Rights Law). Local foundations within the member countries can affiliate themselves with the WCO under certain conditions if they wish, and in this way, they can be funded by the WCO. In this way, WCO can reach every point in the world.Assembly venues take place at the WCO centers of the founding members. Assembly meetings take place at a different founding member's headquarters each year. So, what are the solutions offered by the teams branching in WCO? We have the idea of signing a constitution covering the countries belonging to the WCO within the scope of combating global warming. The basic articles of the constitution will be aimed at solving the increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Some of the articles of this constitution may be as follows: 1- Vehicles that consume unleaded gasoline will be used. 2- The use of PVC and plastic packaging will be banned.3- The use of plastic packages in shopping will be prohibited. 4-The uses of fossil fuels will be banned.May consist of sample items.(The Kyoto Agreement could be made wider) Apart from these, various social activities can be organized for awareness in the member countries, advertisements can be published and necessary struggles can be given against Global Warming and Climate Change by explaining what people should do. Within the scope of combating natural disasters, consider the geographical locations of the member countries, there may be disaster-fighting centers in the countries of the founding members, and outposts in other member countries that are connected to these disaster-fighting centers and provide rapid response. These disasters and centers can be divided into Earthquake Response Centers and Stations, Fire Response Centers and Stations, Flood-Tsunami Response Centers and Stations, Landslide-Hurricane Intervention Centers and Stations. Thanks to all of these, the best intervention can be done instantly with the best equipment and professional teams. Another idea is to develop an application where we are awere of natural disasters.The working principle of the application is to notify the people of the region against the disasters that may occur in the regions thanks to the Early Warning Systems to be established in the member countries.Thanks to the application, we can be awere of the disaster occuring anywhere in the world and make the necessary donation to the disaster area through the application.As part of the fight against hunger, a large campus can be opened in several cities of the member countries.Facilities such as accommodation meals, social activities, psychological support, health services and education can be provided to people on the campus.After a certain period of time, if they want, they can reintegrate into society as WCO employees.Within the scope of combating education inequality, many villages, neighborhoods and cities that do not have schools can be identified by satellite data.WCO schools can be established in settlements taking into account the curriculum rules of the country’s ministry of education. Necessary boks and technological support can be provided to existing schools.Thanks to the Project, every child, every young person around the world will have the necessary oppurtunities to study. Cooperation with systems in countries for book support.Within the scope of migration and refugee problems, regions with problems are determined. If a devastating war is detected in the region, temporary migration of refugees from the region can be achieved safely. The migrated region is the camping area of the country, which is in the category of ‘’Underdeveloped Countries’’, built on an empyt land.It is not possible to allocate space by force from countries. Applicable to the requesting country.Thanks to the funds to be given to the country, countries will not have a refugee problem. Refugees who will stay in the camps will be able to be employed in the countries, upon the request of the country they stay, after receiving the necessary educated. If the problem in their region passes, they will be safely returned to their regions. In the camps will be established until then, they will benefit from the facilities such as shelter, clothing, nutrition and education in a high level. The most correct and most effective solution to be made within the scope of Environmental Pollution is to issue a common environmental constitution for member countries. The Constitution can be presented together with the laws to be prepared for Global Warming. Some articles of the Environmental Constitution : 1-Environmental pollution lessons will be added to the education system and sensitive generations will be raised. 2-Chimney cleaning will be done once a month in houses with stoves 3- The use of filters in the exhaust gas from the vehicles will be mandatory. 4-Industrial settlements will be removed at least 15 kilometers(9 miles) from residences.5-Factory chimneys will be filtered .6- Each year, a certain number of trees will be planted according to the area of country 7-The use of pesticides that are found to harm the soil will be prohibited.8- Detergent and other waste water will be poured into certain parts of the cities and destroyed. These laws can be further multiplied. A team called ‘’Water Cleaners’’ can be established for water pollution. This team can take part in the cleaning of wastes found on the shores or lakes of the member states. Our science team within WCO will be working on many projects to find solutions to Environmental Pollution. One of these projects is about designing proteins to perform specific tasks. In this way, our seas can be purified from pollutants such as crude oil and toxic waste. The WCO Project can transform a world in chaos where humanity fights each other, usurps the rights of others for the sake of its own desires, and as a result of these events, into just and prosperous world where humanity is at peace with each other.In order to realize our Project, we received data from the sources provided to us by NASA.

In our project, we used the data on these sites. We thought about the details of our project using the data. Thanks to the data, we produced solutions to many problems. We have included some data in our video and powerpoint presentation.
Hackathon Journey
This experience was very important to us. Thanks to this experience, we explored the problems of our world and became even more conscious. We learned a lot about the environmental problems we researched and global warming that we didn't know. What made us think and write about this struggle rather than inspiring us to choose this struggle was Global warming and climate change. The approach we took while developing this project was to create a just world where all humanity is equal. As a team, we talked a lot and divided the work, so we overcame most of the difficulties.
