High-Level Project Summary
Every year, Rio de Janeiro communities suffer from flooding caused by summer rains, whether due to an ineffective or non-existent public policy, together with a lack of knowledge and information.Our project is to create local social development centers composed of residents who will be instructed promoting awareness of sustainability and social responsibility and all its premises for those who are on the margins of this knowledge. Where food is lacking, information is luxury, it is necessary to generate critical thinking in the marginalized, while they change their thoughts, everything around them will change too! You can't wait for those who don't feel this pain, you have to fight

Detailed Project Description
The Project brings together people with the same objective, committed to make changes, through community centers composed by the local population instructed and funded by an NGO, It will work with the implementation of workshops, courses, training aimed at sustainable development and Social Responsibility, with this there will be conscious disposal and treatment of garbage preventing them from enter the houses with each flood, the development of critical thinking in each citizen to claim their rights by exercising their citizenship. The benefits of reducing the suffering of these families, bringing quality of life. I hope to get education and knowledge and implementation of social projects that improve the lives ofall. To develop this project I used internet search tools, word, power point, google drive and personal file photos
Space Agency Data
The data of the space agency we used were the projections of sea level rise, especially on the Fiscal Island located in Rio de Janeiro, environmental changes that influence rio's floods, through the digital simulator tool that allows us to visualize environmental damage in different areas of the planet

Hackathon Journey
It was an incredible experience, we learned that it is necessary to discuss topics like these, because they are the challenges that move us to solve problems, and that each one has something to contribute, we were inspired by this theme by the fact that we experience these situations in the skin without even thinking about some way to change it, we discuss everyday themes of our experience. The team formed was embezzled we were only in two components, but this did not prevent us from fulfilling the proposed task. We would like to thank the Augusto Motta University Center for this opportunity and all the support that has been given to us and NASA for this unique experience, because it is difficult to give us voice, and be heard.
