High-Level Project Summary
As a team, we developed an RPG game with exploration and an arcade component. In the not too distant future, the heir to NASA launched a research mission with the protagonist as its main component. The purpose of the final version of the project is to collect documents on the ship and use official data from NASA in them to pass the test for GME pilot rights. After that, it will be possible to make a test flight and test the arcade part of the project, dodging meteorites on a rocket. Our game is perfectly connected to the theme of a space quest, uses a lot of data from the space agency, has an interaction system and an active arcade part with an energetic soundtrack.

Detailed Project Description
As a team, we developed an RPG game with exploration and an arcade component.
The main character of our story has not seen the real world almost from his very birth. Reaching twenty-one under the rigorous supervision of diverse IASA workers, he received a solid education and was being prepared for unique future. Each year the number of his roommates diminished. Everyone around was assured that the children were being transferred to where they could benefit others.
At one point, our character was the only one left in the room. The empty beds were immediately removed, so that now the bare walls were a stand-out sight. After a while, IASA staff took him as well. Noticing that absolutely all the rooms with involuntary prisoners were empty, the character obediently walked to a large hall full of people. There he was declared a "star child". Several years of hard training and ordeals loomed ahead, still after a month he was made to pack his things. Had never known the reason for the rush, our character greeted his new colleagues and went to the take-off site with bags in hand.
He was surrounded by hundreds of people on the tribunes, whose faces expressed pure joy and raised the happening in his eyes to an unprecedented scale. On shaking legs, he walked to the huge spacecraft "Sidus Memoria" and boarded.
Now he has to write his own history and be inspired by the history of previous generations...
We start in our private room. The ship spent several hours in flight and flew to its destination. We will have to examine all the available rooms to find documents with NASA data in them. They will help you pass the GME User Rights Test. In parallel with this, you can enjoy beautiful hand-drawn locations. After successfully passing the test with Sally, you can climb into the GME and experience the arcade part of the game. In a rocket, we have to make our way through a huge mass of meteorites to the very end.
We have the opportunity to communicate with several characters, the number of which is planned to be increased to 9. Dialogues with each will influence each other and the plot as a whole.
All animations, sprites and sounds in the game are made exclusively by members of the Castor system team. So, the game contains 4 soundtracks for different scenes, sounds of steps and actions. The interface, locations, furniture and items are hand-drawn by designers.
The game has a main menu, settings with support for all screen resolutions, full screen mode and a save menu. Documents in the archive are available for reading after they are found. You can also view the remaining locked documents. Opening all of them in the archive is required to pass the test.
The arcade part, like the rest of the game, is completely made by the team members and uses a system of spawning objects, which are meteorites. In the future, it is planned to add to the missions the plot and dialogues of real astronauts who have been in space on such spacecraft as Space shuttle, Dragon 2, TSS and others.
Our team sees the development of the project in the future and is ready to make every effort to complete, improve and support it.

Hackathon Journey
Each member of the Castor System team has a huge unforgettable experience with their part of the plan and working together. Deadlines were our greatest enemies due to the enormous project scale, but all people made it together to the end and beat them. We learned the essence of interacting with different versions of programs, writing common code in one working environment, and gained vast experience in Unity. Some other members of the, team who are responsible for graphics have greatly improved their Photoshop skills, and the sound designer has developed musical composition skills in FL Studio. This Hackaton journey rallied us and showed us how a well-organized team really works. All this experience will help us in the future and will be remembered for a lifetime.
