This project helps children from 6 to 13 years old to identify spatial architecture in a playful and fun way, it would allow them to differentiate some parts of the universe, in addition to knowing how human beings came to it, through a new way of learning as in this case of the video game "visiting the space". With the use of technology, children will find ways to have fun and learn with a creative resource.
"Visiting the Space" is a video game with three different levels that show some parts of the universe like: spaceships and planets of our solar system with their respective information.
In the first level appear a little astronaut called "Sloby" who is going to be our character during the progress of the game. First he need to buit his spaceship catching the parts of the spaceship that are falling. For this level we need to use the arrows of the keyvoard to move the astronaut from right to left. In the second level our spaceship is hit by an asteroid, so we need to rebuit the spaceship. In this part we should move Sloby with the mouse of our computer to obtain the parts of the spaceship again and pass to the other level. In the third level our character must reach the planets and at the moment he arrived to them, some information will be displayed of each one of them.
This project offers an opportunity to make a more interactive and atractive way of learning for students and also improves the technological knowledge and explorative skills of children.
We hope to solve the problems that could exist about the lack of information of our universe in the students and make a fun way to teach them about the different arquitectures of the space.
Some tools we used to develop our project were "SCRATCH" that is a programe with commands and codes that you need to order with programming knowledge and will help you to make your own game. You can choose your own character with an original appearance, find different scenarios and use a lot of different resources to develop your game. The other resource we use was "GENIALLY" that is an app to make interactive presentations to promote your project in an atractive way. You can add images, gifs, videos or other visual resources that will help you with the presentation.
In our project we use a wide variety of data from the space agency because through treks to the solar system we find extensive information as in the trek galleries; also about the planets specifying their parts, links related to trek and above all. We could see the technological resources that offer to us the solar system treks to make the project better.
Our experience with the NASA applications was pleasant because they helped us to find true information to use in our games and share correct information to the target audience. Also my whole group and I were able to learn a little more about space and help the kids learn in a fun and engaging way.
This game creates an opportunity to improve technological and programming skills by helping to teach students about space architecture in an easy, free and fun way.

This project has been submitted for consideration during the Judging process.
Your challenge is to create a game that teaches players about space from the perspective of the architectures and challenges of exploration. The setting can be anything, from the past, to the future, with destinations either in our solar system, or beyond.
