High-Level Project Summary
We know the best way to learn is gaming. That's why we developed a game that will introduce to the players the space in the category we have chosen. We aim to teach space in funny way. This game can be played many times and it's easy to play. With the help of this game, space will be more understandable.

Detailed Project Description
Hello! We are Nesibe Zeynep Coşkun, Dila Avunduk , Zeynep Rüya Tatlı, Süleyman Gürbüz, Murat Efe Keskin who are 14 years old and 9th graders. We chose “Space Quest: The Game” from “Game” category as our Project. We created a card game. Our aim is to teach people the universe in a funny and enjoyable way. We were inspired by the game "UNO" . There are 72 cards in our game. This game can be played between 2-6 players. Here are the rules of the game:
-Each player picks 6 cards. Each card includes 4 information of the celestial body.
-There is also a QR code on each card. With the help of the QR code, more information about the celestial body on that card can be accessed.
-After the cards are dealt, the remaining cards are placed on the board, and a card is revealed.
-The player who is going to start needs to follow these 2 rules to play:
-The card he/she is going to play must be from the same as the last card’s category.
-The card he/she is going to play must have a information in common.
-There are 4 categories of cards: Stars, Planets, Asteroids, Satellites.
-There are 4 special card types
-The cosmos card: It can be used to change the category.
-The Black Hole card: The player discards a card that he/she wants or thinks he/she can’t out of his hand, and throws the black hole card on top of it.
-The Orbit card: This card can be used to reverse the game order.
-The Meteor Shower card: It makes the next player pick 3 cards.
-If the player has no cards to discard, he/she will pick a card from the deck
-The player who has no card WINS the game.

Space Agency Data
We used NASA datas while we are creating our project. We used some images and information as well.
Hackathon Journey
We wanted to teach people something about space. We know that one of the best ways to learn is to have fun. That's why we designed a card game inspired by the game UNO. We created a system that directs to internet for data transfer via QR codes on the cards. We learnt so many things about space and NASA. We would like to thank our teacher Ayla Çiçek for her support.
