High-Level Project Summary
This project will show the superpower of the earth that will make the world a better place by solving marine biodiversity loss and climate change problems. It is a crucial ability because now that the changing environment impact every organism around the world. One of the most problematic issue that we still cannot solve is the endless littering in the ocean that significantly disturb marine ecosystem.

Detailed Project Description
The two heroes we have created are BIOMATE. The word “Bio” comes from Marine Biodiversity loss and the word “mate” comes from the climate crisis. These are the superheroes who come to solve the marine biodiversity loss and help to reduce climate crisis.
The super power that our heroes have is called the power of BIOMATE. This power is the system of water circulation that has special bacteria that can digest plastic. So, all trash in the ocean can be eliminated. This special bacteria can grow well in a warm water current and die in the cold water current. The ability to grow and die in the different environments of the bacteria ensure that the bacteria will not over-populate and affect marine life. Warm current accommodates more area than the cold current, meaning that the bacteria has a long time to digest the trash before they flow to die in the cold current, then, the bacteria grow again in the warm water current, which continues as the bacteria life cycle. Therefore, with Bio's super power, the trash will be effectively eliminated, while, the bacteria lives sustainably in the ecosystem and do not affect the marine life.
Additionally, when trash is eliminated by this special bacteria, we will no longer have to burn or bury trash. Hence, the carbon dioxide emitted during burning process will be gone, while, the toxicity of trash when being buried will also disappear. There are the main factors that cause of green house effect . Therefore, "Mate" has come in to help lessen the climate change problems.

According to Nasa Global Climate change, we have learnt that Carbon dioxide and Methane are one of the green house gases. Therefore, we developed this idea of reducing CO2 and CH4 caused by burning plastic trash in to the super power of our Hero, ability of controlling water circulation that gather all trash and destroy biologically.

Hackathon Journey
We chose this challenge at the beginning because we have the inspirations from the environment problems due to human action. Joining this challenge will give us opportunities to think about the super power that help the world. In this Hackathon challenge, we had a very nice experience to learn many new things. We first learnt about how to adapt with people and still get an excellent communication. Even though during this space app challenge we get many setbacks, for example being confused about our topic suppose to be, we can finally supported to each other by being more concentrate and brainstorm to solve the problems we are facing off. Eventually, we would like to thank for space app local team who organize this event in Thailand and always support us.
