High-Level Project Summary
Team Avengers developed a game that takes place within the International Space Station. The challenge is solved by implementing conventional wisdom in order to keep the crew member(s) alive. It is important because the smallest detail or simplest form of action can have great consequences hence our game is named Common Sense in Space.

Detailed Project Description
Our project is a game named Common Sense in Space. It allows the player to control an astronaut and the astronaut has an option of choosing the exit or choosing to stay in the International Space Station. It works by testing the players common sense, where they choose to exit blindly without looking for a harness to keep you attached to the international space station while going into an external environment in space, it would mean the end of the line for the astronaut hence if there is no secure way of exiting the international space station, it is clear that exiting would mean danger. We chose not to put a harness in the game to test the player's common sense, hence it is our motive to not include the harness and not a bug. We used the game developing application Unity and C# in terms of coding language to create the game.

Hackathon Journey
The Space Apps experience was very fun in our opinion, we learned that making a game is not easy hence we have so much more appreciation of game developers and studios that make games across the world regardless of simple 2D, 3D, and top-notch Triple-A title games. From this event, we learned the basics of building a game and doing the best we can within a short time frame. What inspired us was the fact we all love games and play a lot of games however we have never made one before where it is interactive with a character that can move in a 2D environment. Our approach was basically watching the talk "6th & Final workshop: Basic Game Development with Unity3D" provided to us via the SpaceAppsSarawak discord channel to learn how to make a game, a simple one at the very least to developing the project. Our team resolved setbacks and challenges by going with the flow and adjusting to the situation the best we can and approach it with positivity. We would like to thank NASA for hosting such a fun event and the organizers who have made all this possible.
