Content of Our Poster

Our project is a poster that full of useful informations and interesting images about importance of studying the sun, how beneficial can be the data that we obtained from missions to sun, spacecrafts exploring the sun such as NASA 's Parker Solar Probe and ESA's Solar Orbiter. Our poster was entirely drawn and designed (except the image of Parker Solar Probe and Solar Orbiter) by ourselves.

How Does It Work?

We aimed to inform people about the explorations about the sun and make them interested by a unique poster which is remarkable and catchy. In the future we are planning to display our poster in public places and do presentations in schools and companies about this subject.

What Do We Hope To Achive?

We hope to achieve people that curious about those explorations and convince people to do or help research about sun. We believe that our poster will be an efficient way to reach people.

• We generally used the data of NASA, ESA, ROSCOSMOS, ISRO, CNSA and JAXA in order to express the importance of studying the sun.
• We collected the information of Parker Solar Probe from NASA's data source.
• We collected the information of Solar Orbiter from ESA's data source.
• Most of the images we used were gotten from NASA's image gallery.

Our Space Apps Experience

For us, Space's New Stars, the whole competition was a huge entertaining event. The way we discuss our ideas to find out the most beneficial idea was so enjoyable.

How Did We Resolve Setbacks and Challenges?

The only setback we faced was the lack of time. We actually heard about the project less than 24 hours before the applications were closed. We had little to no time to arrange a group yet we still managed to put a project out.

What inspired our team to choose this challenge? 

When we decided to participate in the competition, we chose "UNLOCKING THE SECRETS OF THE SUN". The reason behind our choice was not that so hard. We thought that being uninformed about all the explorations that people made would be unfortunate to hear about.

We want to thank all the members of this event, especially Antalya Region Leader Selman Canlı, who helped us a lot and navigated us through the whole process, and wish success to all of the challenge participants.
