High-Level Project Summary
Our team contemplates the design of an arm model which is equipped to carry out different tasks through interchangeable modules that allow effective space exploration despite the extreme conditions of the environments, this project has its relevance in monitoring where they present these types of conditions in which astronauts cannot access.

Detailed Project Description
Space Arm solution is a project based on the innovation of tools for space exploration, which help to improve data collection, having 3 tools available and that can be used remotely, prepared by a team of 4 Mexican members originated.

- Scanner Module
It is a module in charge of carrying out a mapping by means of the detection of the point cloud, which helps to classify and position objects; the detection of shapes, colors and surface differences.

- Gripper module
It allows the assembly of parts as well as the collection of samples that are obtained through the laser module, making a joint force, in the same way it would help

- Laser cutting module
It focuses on the use of the scientific range laser to cut surfaces to obtain samples for subsequent analysis.

Space Agency Data
- INSPIRED IN: Las herramientas que los astronautas usarán para explorar mundos distantes | La NASA
- Also in: Fabricación, materiales, impresión 3D | La NASA
Starting from existing models such as the arm used to assemble parts in 3D prints created in space and detecting exploration opportunities in places that allow difficult access to an astronaut, thus having the ability to multitask with interchangeable modules as well as identify and make a mapping of the explored places, thus obtaining information.

Hackathon Journey
Our experience was exciting to reach our challenge plus we expanded our mind and vision to more panorama of all possible ideas that can be generated from a problem plus all the information that the NAS provides us freely. Inspired by making support possible through remote communication as well as multitasking with the interchangeable modules that our arm and explorer could develop in environments with extreme conditions.
