1. The main image of this system is fetching 256pix x 256pix images in different coordinate areas from SkyServer every 15 seconds.2. The coordinates move between (RAT 0-200 °, Declination 0-200 °) in 0.02 ° increments.3. Writes to the acquired image of the analog clock based on the system time of the server.4. Delivered as a Motion jpeg stream
