High-Level Project Summary
We have made a scale model of JWST using origami artwork. Each engineering hardware deployment has been represented. We considerate it important for educational purposes and to inspire others to have an approach to JWST, its importance, parts and functions.

Detailed Project Description
We have divided JWST in 3 main groups: First group: Space craft, Solar array, Antenna, Tower, Vertical radiator shade. Second group: UPS (Unitized pallets structures), Aft flap, Membrane and core covers, Mid booms and membranes. Third group: ISIM (Integrated Science Instrument Module), Secondary mirror, Aft radiator and Primary mirror. Each part has been represented using origami techniques and using cuts and glue as it was permitted for this challenge.
Space Agency Data
We have used information about JWST from NASA, CSA and ESA agencies. We analized videos, snapshots, animations and written information to know each part of JWST, dimmensions and structures. This information was essential to have a general idea of the telescope.
Hackathon Journey
It was an exciting experience, beggining from the idea to be part of this challenge from NASA, this motivated and inspired us to do our best in order to complete the challenge. An special thanks to all members of our team to make this possible.
