High-Level Project Summary
We propose to create a simple yet very complete system for a mobile app that searches throughout NASA’s Prediction of Worldwide renewable Energy Resources (POWER) data, and provide useful information to the public, like is it going to rain today or this week?, when does the sun rises, and when does it set, at which time of the day the sun is hotter? Using data from past years we can even provide the average solar irradiance on that location, as well as helping people to know possible times of the year when it is more common to have heavy thunderstorms, large periods of drought or snow, all based on information gathered from NASA's "POWER"

Detailed Project Description
Thinking about the benefits of renewable energy, we developed a mobile application focused on solar energy, where the user can have access to relevant news and data, favoring work productivity and decision-making.

Hackathon Journey
We decided to choose this challenge for our project, as we understand the importance of renewable energies for a sustainable future for our planet. Furthermore, as the delivery period was extremely short, our biggest challenge and difficulty was time management and the division of tasks, but we resolved these impasses with great dedication from all team members.
