You are my sunshine - Gods Sunshine

High-Level Project Summary

Assist humans make decision on Solar Panel Installation at their premises based on abundance sunshine availability. Based on NASA POWER data we calculate average weekly sunshine. If average value is greater than 120, it assists in making decision to install solar panel(s) based on abundance sunlight availability.

Detailed Project Description

Our Goal: To assist in Decision Making on whether it is appropriate to install Solar Panel at current user premises or not based on abundance sunshine availability.

Technique used: If average weekly Sunshine availability data value is greater than 120 then installation recommended.

If average weekly Sunshine availability data value is less than 120 then installation is not recommended.

A week is calculated based on plus 3 days from the given date and minus 3 days from given date by user. User simply needs to enter single date in format YYYY/MM/DD .

We use NASA POWER DATA to get daily sunshine data values and then calculate average weekly sunshine availability. Benchmark Value: 120 means enough sunshine generally during day light time.

We have used ASP.Net C# code to fetch and process NASA POWER DATA and HTML , CSS, JavaScript to render display on client both Mobile and Desktop.
