TO CREATE AN APPLICATION THAT INFORMS, AS SOON AS YOU KNOW HOW TO READ.WE PUT AT YOUR DISPOSAL ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON POWER IN THE FORM OF A GRAPH.SO WE WANTED TO ALLOW LIGHT TO MAKE SOME STATISTICS TO HELP MAKE DECISIONS. LIGHT USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING TO PREDICT THE AVERAGE SUNSHINE AND OTHER PARAMETERS SUCH AS WIND, HUMIDITY,...WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS TO SATELLITE DATA SUCH AS NuSTAR IN ORDER TO SET UP THIS TASK IN THE SPACE FRAME
IT IS QUITE CLEARLY STATED THIS OBJECTIVE, HOWEVER, THE VERY MEANING OF THE CHALLENGE IS BASED ON THE FACT OF THE COMPLEXITY OF THE POWER SITE.

THE FIRST IDEA WHEN STARTING THIS CHALLENGE IS THAT YOU JUST HAVE TO CONVERT THE POZER SITE INTO A MOBILE EQUIVALENT TO GET A MORE OR LESS SATISFACTORY RESULT. BUT POWER WOULD NOT BECOME MORE FLUID FOR ALL THAT. THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.
INDEED, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THIS MOBILE APPLICATION. AND FOR THAT, IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE MOST POPULAR APPLICATION. IT HAS TO BE AT THE LIMIT THAT IT IS BANAL. IT HAS TO GUIDE THE USER AND THE ANSWERS IT SENDS BACK HAVE TO BE GENERALLY INTERPRETABLE. THAT ITS INFORMATION IS NOT INTENDED FOR EXPERTS.

MOREOVER, IT IS MADE IN FRENCH BUT AVAILABLE IN MANY LANGUAGES WITH THE GOOGLE TRANSLATE API.

THIS HACKATHON HAS TAUGHT US AT THE BEGINNING THE DIFFICULTY OF WORKING IN A GROUP, MAINLY IN TELEWORK. IT GAVE US A GOOD TASTE OF RESEARCH AND TAUGHT US TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AS OUR TEAM WAS FORMED ON THE LAST DAY AND THE CHALLENGE WAS NOT EASY.
WE WERE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE BECAUSE WE COULD IMPACT THE LIVES OF ALL THE INHABITANTS IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. WE WERE GOING TO CONVERT NASA WITH THE EQUIVALENT OF A FEW CLICKS.
MOREOVER, WHERE WE COME FROM, OUR SCIENCE TEACHERS COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF DATA. WE WANT TO MAKE OUR PEOPLE FREE

NASA produces a variety of surface solar and meteorological data parameters that are useful to commercial renewable energy and sustainable building ventures, but this information is not easily accessible to the typical homeowner. Your challenge is to develop a mobile application to access the information on NASA’s Prediction of Worldwide renewable Energy Resources (POWER) web services portal and provide useful information about sunshine to the general public.
