For this occasion, an application was created capable of providing useful climatological information such as sunlight, temperature/humidity, and another series of parameters with which the user can interact and combine to achieve the best use of solar resources. This Application manages to solve the problem that was had since the information is already useful and accessible for common user. It also offers functions that improve the user experience, such as the ability to share the content that is being analyzed with other people, to create reports on the information consulted and to be able to choose your location using an interactive map.
This application was created with the objective of being able to provide useful information on solar and meteorological data so that people have the necessary information to be able to make decisions regarding the best use of these resources of simply monitor solar and environmental activity in the place where it is found or a specific location.
This application was created with the help of the Flutter Framework which allows us to create applications for different mobile platforms in a simply way and using only a single code base. This is an advantage since it can reach many devices with which anyone has the possibility of making use of this application regardless of the mobile operating system they have.
In the same way, more software tools were used such as:
For this project we used:
The Space Apps experience was very good as it allowed us to connect as a team and complement our knowledge to successfully complete the solution to the proposed challenge. We learned that in the world there are many types of needs that can be solved thought programming and creating apps.
Our team is a faithful believer that the world can be improved in many ways, which is why we decided to choose this challenge. Since we think that, by offering useful information to be able to install solar panels, this will help to increase the use of renewable energies an take advantages of all the benefits correctly.
The approach taken for the project was to be able to create an application that had the necessary options so that the user can interact with them, combine them and thus be able to obtain useful data to help them make decision. In the same way that the user has the best experience using it. Likewise, we focus on the user being able to make decisions for purchase of solar panels from a mobile phone, which makes it much more efficient.
In the order to complete this challenge, our team organized itself to be able to finish all the task that were planned to be done on time and also to be able to provide a useful and easy-to-use application.

This project has been submitted for consideration during the Judging process.
NASA produces a variety of surface solar and meteorological data parameters that are useful to commercial renewable energy and sustainable building ventures, but this information is not easily accessible to the typical homeowner. Your challenge is to develop a mobile application to access the information on NASA’s Prediction of Worldwide renewable Energy Resources (POWER) web services portal and provide useful information about sunshine to the general public.
