October 2 - 3, NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE for the first time in Montebelluna, @InfiniteArea
NASA Space Apps Challenge is the world's largest international challenge: 48 hours in which participants can test their creativity to come up with innovative solutions to Space and Earth problems using information and data provided by NASA.
On the 10th anniversary of the challenge, Infinite Area has been accredited as Lead to hold the 2021 local edition.
Join us if:
- You are a science and technology enthusiast, a designer, a researcher, an entrepreneur, an artist or a storyteller and you want to push your creativity;
- You want to be part of an international and multicultural community of talents;
- You want to have the chance to present your ideas to the most important national and international players in the Space field;
- You want to help solve the most crucial Space and Earth problems.
How to participate:
- Log in or Sign up on the Space Apps Challenge website;
- Register to the Montebelluna local event by selecting the "Register" button on the right side of the page;
- Call your friends! Space Apps is based on collaboration, the most successful teams are often those with different skills and expertise: science, storytelling, creativity, data interpretation, engineering, technology, and more. If you don't have a team don't worry! Individuals are welcome and we will help you find your best teammates.

Where and when:
The Montebelluna edition organised by Infinite Area will be held online on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 October 2021. The link to the event will be sent to all participants a few days in advance.
Jury and awards:
The jury that will evaluate the projects includes representatives from the Local Lead Infinite Area, from the sponsors Neptune Srl - Neptune waterleaks and Cosmic Srl - Cosmic waterleaks, and from ASI - Italian Space Agency.
In addition to gadgets and prizes offered by the sponsors, Infinite Area will give winners the opportunity to validate the viability of the project or the business model and make a presentation to the Italian Space Agency. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance signed Nasa Space Apps Challenge.
