International Space Apps Challenge is an international mass collaboration focused on space exploration that embraces collaborative problem-solving with the goal of producing relevant open-source solutions to address global needs applicable to both lives on Earth and Life in space. In 2021, Sofia - Bulgaria will take part in the ninth year. We are inspired by this year motto!

The hackathon is part of a larger process of defining challenges relevant to earth and space, intensively working to prototype solutions, and subsequently refining and implementing the most promising prototypes.

Judges will review all the projects saved in the project pages of each team.

The Sofia local winners will be announced on Monday, 4th at 04.30 p.m.

• Three winners will be chosen in the following categories: two winners global nominees and one people's choice.

КАК ДА УЧАСТВАМ?

1. РЕГИСТРИРАЙ СЕ! Регистрацията е отворена. НЯМА ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ ЗА УЧАСТИЕ! Регистрацията се прави на страницата https://www.spaceappschallenge.org/
2. СЪЗДАЙ ЕКИП - Екипите решават, какви решения да разработят. Препоръчва се участието до 5 човека в екип.
3. ИЗБЕРИ CHALLENGE - Предизвикателствата/CHALLENGES ще бъдат обявени преди състезанието. Проектите могат да започнат да се разработват след обявяване на предизвикателствата.
4. РАЗРАБОТИ ПРОЕКТ - Разработените решения/приложения (APPLICATIONS) с отворен код могат да са на ниво концепция, прототип или завършено решение за пазарна реализация.
5. ЗАЩИТИ ПРОЕКТА на 03 Октомври пред журито - Победителите (ДВА ОТБОРА) получават голямата НАГРАДА да продължат в състезанието на глобално ниво.
