A. There is a space.apps.tacoma Facebook page to publicize monthly discussions leading up to the event and you can join a meetup dedicated to space data hackers. Further, check out the 2019, 2020, and 2021 boot camp on the youtube channel .
Q. Is there a document I can share with my colleagues?
A. Here is an invitation to local leaders pdf
Q. Will there be virtual collaboration tools / services provided by the local event host?
A. No. It is tempting to roll our own solution, however, it would be best for each team to use the virtual tools with which they have become accustomed or which may be mandated. For example a grade school team may be required to maintain certain security measures with students. It will be very helpful to do at least one test run prior to the event to make sure all team members have the expected features working, including headsets, microphones, screen-sharing, project read/write permissions, etc.
