A trip in the sun

I painted cardboard black because that's what space looks like.

Then I painted the stars white with a toothbrush.

Then I looked for stones to make the planets, the sun and the asteroids. I used big stones to make the sun and the planets. And the smallest stones for asteroids.

Finally I painted the stones, arranged the planets in the model and put the asteroids in the middle.

I used videos and photos from the NASA gallery to see where the asteroids were.

With this project I learned that asteroids exist and what they are. I liked painting the cardboard and the stones.
