Lucy meets the Troyans

High-Level Project Summary

Lucy is a satellite that this month will undertake a long journey to Jupiter to meet the Trojans, 8 asteroids made of all the materials our solar system is made of!Hi, I'm Martino, I'm 10 years old and I love to draw. I also love science, and this challenge allowed me to both learn and have fun.I've made a digital illustration of Lucy finding these unique asteroids, highlighting their most important qualities and differences.

Detailed Project Description

My project is a digital illustration of the eight asteroids that Lucy has the mission to remote sensing.

I've investigated and search for information of the asteroids that Lucy will visit, so I could imagine how they will look

I've used the Procreate software on my a ipad to illustrate this wonderful objects. My parents gave me an ipad this year because I kept using blocks and blocks sheets for my drawings. I wish to become a profesional illustrator when I grow up, of maybe a scientific

My parents helped me to write and fill all the information, since I don't speak english so well

Space Agency Data

I made my drawing based on this information

Mainly I used this information to imagine how do these asteroids will looks like

Patroclus and Menoetius caught my attention, since they travel together, so I draw them very close

Hackathon Journey

This is the second year that I participate in this experience.

I like space science so it is always fun to learn and investigate, and this challenge was even better, since included drawing
