High-Level Project Summary
After understanding the challenge, we create an app that has all the covid-19 features that anyone can use to understand the Covid-19 pandemic. The app has 6 features (About the virus, Safety rules, Risk calculator, Vaccine, Virus locations, and wrong information about covid-19). We used a lot of data to build this app and we make a simple GUI to help the old people and children to use it as we all know that currently the most infected life staged with coronavirus are old people and children and also to achieve our 2nd mission from this app which is spread the awareness among people.

Detailed Project Description
We developed an application that combines all mentioned aspects and our missions from it are:
Anyone can use this app especially older people and we want them to use this app to help them avoid corona by the following after you pressed start that app button, 6 features will appear :
o About the virus: This section is about what is COVID-19?
o Safety rules: This section is about advice to protect yourself and others safe
o Risk Calculator: This section is to predict your risk of getting seriously ill from coronavirus
o Vaccine: This section is to help you book your vaccine
o Virus locations: This section is about the most 10 countries that have corona to aware you not to travel there and to stop corona spreading
o wrong information about covid-19:This section is about corona virus myths
We built this app to lower the number of older people and children who get infected by covid-19 as WHO “ World Health Organization” said that The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the global population in drastic ways. In many countries, older people are facing the most threats and challenges at this time. Although all age groups are at risk of contracting COVID-19, older people face a significant risk of developing severe illness if they contract the disease due to physiological changes that come with aging and potential underlying health conditions.
We built this app using app inventor; we used it as it has a simple GUI to help older people who didn’t know about technology can use themselves without any external help. This app contains all the information about covid-19 from what is covid-19 to vaccine and wrong information about covid-19
Space Agency Data
We used NASA website as a reference that helps us a lot by the Nasa covid-19 dashboard that contains the country infected by covid-19. We used it to determine the most 10 countries that have covid-19 to aware people not to travel to there for both this health and to stop spreading covid-19.
Hackathon Journey
Nasa space app wasn't only a competition for us it helps us understand the mechanism of coronavirus. This project was inspired by the story of most older people who don't use technology. we think that almost every house has someone who gets infected by covid-19. We built this app to help older people understand corona and getting vaccine without getting help from anyone. COVID-19 is a pandemic and that's why we chose it; to help to spread awareness. My team combined together and did all the work together . We will highly recommend this competition for anyone who is interested in both technology and research. Our special thanks for NASA resources that helped us a lot and the supportive team in NASA space app Shibien ElKom that also helped us a lot in this journey.
