Our challenge is the Covid19 Risk, and we make an app, which helps to workers.Smart Job is a unique product that turns work into a game-like process.Daily work becomes a competition, and your employees become participants.All work plans, goals and key performance indicators of employees are turned into game tasks.The data on how the participants actually worked out gets into the game.As soon as the employee fulfills the necessary condition for the task, the game will automatically give awards and game points.All game assignments move employees forward to victory.Every month is a new competition.The winner is the participant with the most points.
