Dasa lunar simulator

High-Level Project Summary

We made a lunar simulator to help people understand how to land on moon. The player will understand fundamentals of landing a lander on moon. Such as how it’s orientation effects landers velocity and its trajectory, how to manage fuel, electricity and land safely on lunar surface. Also the player can experience how to maneuver the rover across lunar surface.

Detailed Project Description

Player can handle his/her spaceship by his/her own and land it safe on moon. But he needs to manage its resources as well. Players need to identify the suitable landing area. Anyway, selecting a safest place might not be enough as well. Player must take decisions depending on available resources as well.

Hackathon Journey

Our team members are very exited to participate this competition. First we identified the main features of the project and divide the work among us. Then we started the development simultaneously .


While preparing for the competition, we were able to get to know lot of enthusiastic people about this domain. Then we were able to get to know this NASA's public data.
