High-Level Project Summary
Climate change causes irreversible damage to plants by way of plant function and development. The sustainability of the earth is also due to sustainable crops. But the extreme heat greatly affects crops, affecting food quality to low agricultural income. So we created an app called BEAM. When heat stress tries to interrupt crop yields, BEAM App came to the rescue. It uses image detection of plants captured on mobile phones combined with satellite images to produce real-time heat temperature and provide the current situation of plants with recommended mitigation measures. Furthermore, it could help the issue in addressing the country's economic food demand and supply problem.

Detailed Project Description
THE TEAM COME UP WITH A PROCEDURE THAT CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE TO THE LIFE OF EVERY AGRICULTURIST.

Hackathon Journey
This experience was very overwhelming since there are a lot of challenges to tackle that mainly rely on NASA data, resources and APIs. To decide what challenges to tackle, we embraced the concerns what our local farmers face in extreme temperatures and how it affects their vegetation. Since we are more engaging digitally, it is was a best approach to develop a software that can be downloaded and use for the resilience in their vegetation. This project aims to deliver and predict their crop field’s temperature and recommend them some initial steps on how to prevent potential damages. And with the output that we have produced in this journey, we have realized that we can really tap to awake the sleeping big ideas in our minds.
