SAR, What is that?

High-Level Project Summary

We've developed an explanation about SAR that is not widely explained. In the video, Muhammad Firdhaus explains about meaning of SAR, Have Ever SAR Used, How SAR is Working, How SAR Determine the Earth's Surface, and What is Interesting About SAR. Our team solve with several discussions and we decided to create an explanation about SAR through video. We believe that explanation by video could acknowledge as little as to student and community about the existence and importance of SAR technology.

Detailed Project Description

In the video as refer, Muhammad Firdhaus explains about meaning of SAR, Have Ever SAR Used, How SAR is Working, How SAR Determine the Earth's Surface, and What is Interesting About SAR. Our team solve with several discussions and we decided to create an explanation about SAR through video. We believe that explanation by video could acknowledge as little as to student and community about the existence and importance of SAR technology. While editing tool we are using CapCut and some scenes and videos are from video stock from the internet.

Space Agency Data

Most of the data that been processed was taken from https://earth.esa.int/eogateway,

it was pre-proceed upon use. The remaining data were collected from the main https://earthdata.nasa.gov/ data page as well. The amount of problem-solving that happens behind the SAR has encouraged us to deep dive into this entire project.

Hackathon Journey

The entire space app was something new and thrilling at the same time for the entire team. As we collaborated from different Universities across Malaysia, the journey was truly a learning process that will be a lifetime guide. We have taken this challenge, as it inspired us in every aspect, the problems that today world is facing and the ways that it has been encountered. We have come out with a great discussion which can lead to model making in the future to solve more issues, which is similar and more complicated. We would like to thank our own University which is UNIKL and MMU for introducing this event to us, and also our own teamwork has brought us here. Thank you.
