We think that the public does not have comprehensive information. So we have developed a video that describes SAR technology and its differences between standard radar systems. We tried to simplify the complication of the system and help people understand this wonderful technology. It solves the problem by explaining this complex system in the most simple way possible. Thanks to this video people will get information and have an idea about the technology's future. It is important because the SAR system is a multi-functional system that is effective in several areas and we think that people should know more about this technology.
Our project, the video we made aimed to simplify the information about the synthetic aperture radar technology. We collected the most fundamental and useful data that everyone from age 7 to 70 could understand. We intend to break people's prejudices about this technology and to reach out to more people. We also believe that this video can get to people's areas of interest easier. While working on this project, we used Wondershare Filmora X, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
We have used NASA's resources which are provided to us. We used them to get information, pictures, the working principle, and more.
NASA inspired us to make a simple video from complex information. Because our main purpose is to inform people.
It was an amazing experience for us. We have learned to work as a team and had a lot of fun together. We made research about various disciplines, technologies and we have learned a lot about them. We made a quick research about SAR and were amazed by its technology but then we realized most of the people either don't know about this technology or have little knowledge. So we decided to choose this challenge. We knew it was going to be hard but we worked a lot. We want to thank our IT teacher Cem Yurtlak and Antalya local mentor Selman Canlı because they helped us with the ongoing project and helped us with hardware.

This project has been submitted for consideration during the Judging process.
Upcoming space missions will provide an abundance of Synthetic Aperture Radar data; however, the tremendous impact this data can have will only be realized if the public understands the data and its potential. Your challenge is to create a 2-5 minute video explaining Synthetic Aperture Radar technology to the public in your own language with English subtitles.
